As we near our 100th year, the Montana School Boards Association (MTSBA) wants your feedback to help us better understand your needs and improve the programs, services, and communication we provide. Over the coming months, MTSBA will launch an Engagement Evaluation and Improvement Initiative. This session is one of the first steps in that Engagement Evaluation. Shaping Montana's Future-Ready Schools: An IEEWG Roadshow Conversation

Montana’s Innovation & Excellence in Education (IEE) Working Group is on the road to learn from practitioners. At MCEL, we’ll connect district leadership priorities to the statewide IEE Roadshow—focusing on how governance, funding, and instruction align to deliver better outcomes for Montana students. You’ll get a concise briefing on what the Working Group is studying (profile of a graduate, high-quality materials, time for collaboration, smart measurement, meaningful pathways) and a practical discussion on resourcing and implementation. Bring your board/superintendent lens: we’ll capture your input on trade-offs, transparency, and early wins.
